Tracing its roots back to 1982, Global CTI Group, continues to grow as a result of sales growth, territory expansion and acquisition. Since its founding as a data networking and IT Outsourcing company, Global CTI Group has acquired voice integration companies such as Central Telecom, Inc and KiwiTel, in addition to adding data stalwart, Metro Audio. Global CTI Group now complements its converged voice and data solutions with a wide range of quality applications in the voice, data, video, connectivity, desktop and server support realms.

Global CTI Group has developed strong relationships with leading business partners such as Microsoft, ShoreTel and NEC. This has contributed to Global CTI Group’s recent growth has even outpaced our earlier success years. Throughout 2004 and early 2005, client demand and market conditions warranted growth from 30 to 120 associates. Part of this growth included a revised strategy emphasizing the strong ShoreTel component to drive and complement our endeavors. The new Irvine office, home to more than 40 designers, engineers, technicians, customer care and sales associates, also has become home to a custom-built network design and demonstration lab facility. Global CTI Group also has Wireless LAN Specialization and VPN Security Specialization.

Global CTI Group now has five offices—the Bakersfield headquarters, Irvine, Valencia, Temecula and Fresno. Through these offices, Global CTI Group provides sales, operations, maintenance, engineering and client care to our many clients. This creates flexibility companies and organizations demand to address business needs in a timely manner, exceeding industry averages and continuing to impress our clients and business partners
